Information You Provide
- Name and contact details — full name, email address, and phone number when you submit a contact or inquiry form.
- Property preferences — budget range, desired neighborhoods, bedroom/bathroom counts, and other search criteria you share with us.
- Account information — email address and password when you create a saved-properties account.
Information Collected Automatically
- IP address and device data — IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URLs collected on each page request.
- Browsing behavior — pages visited, time on page, scroll depth, and click patterns used to improve site usability.

- Licensed team agents — your contact information and property preferences may be shared with licensed agents on the CJE team to facilitate your real estate transaction.
- Transaction service providers — title companies, escrow services, and mortgage lenders involved in a transaction you initiate, solely to complete that transaction.
- Technology service providers — trusted vendors (database hosting, email delivery, analytics) who are contractually obligated to use your data only on our behalf.
- Legal requirements — when required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or when necessary to protect the rights or safety of CJE or others.
4. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies for:
- Site functionality — session management, saved property lists, and remembering your search preferences.
- Analytics (Google Analytics) — Google Analytics collects anonymized usage data such as pages visited, session duration, and traffic sources to help us improve our site. Google may use this data per its own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
- Retargeting (Meta Pixel) — the Meta Pixel allows us to show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram to users who have previously visited our site. Meta may use this data per its own privacy policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy.

6. Data Retention
- Contact and lead data — retained for up to 3 years from the date of last contact, or until you request deletion.
- Transaction records — retained for 7 years in accordance with Arizona real estate licensing law (A.R.S. § 32-2151.01) and broker record-keeping requirements.
- Analytics data — aggregated, anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely for trend analysis; individual-level analytics data is subject to the retention policies of the respective third-party provider.
When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it in accordance with our internal data governance procedures.
